Lose screws Established in 1987

Builders of no ordinary homes

We are a bespoke joinery and construction firm that operates from our workshop base in Comrie, Perthshire.

Our skilled team of artisan craftsmen use modern machinery and techniques to compliment hand tooling, providing clients with a consistently high quality service, redolent of times past.

The scale of projects undertaken is diverse: from large individual houses to modest joinery commissions including kitchen cabinetry and landscape furniture. We are always happy to use recycled timber and building components to achieve a “pre-aged” patina.

If you have a project in mind which you would like to discuss, we can provide a ‘free of charge” quotation on firming up the proposal from an individual client, designer or architect.

Comrie Development Trust

Local volunteers established a Development Trust in 2006 to promote sustainable development within the village. In 2007 the Trust purchased the defunct Cultybraggan Training Camp from the MOD. This comprised a variety of buildings within a 90 acre site.

Volunteers and staff have promoted various community business ventures and a number of social, environmental and commercial business uses are now established within the facility.
